CATERING, SHOP & COMMERCIAL ONLINE AUCTION (OS091) Items from a catering liquidation that would not be out of place in a shop, deli or food outlet, along with other commercial equipment. This is an online only auction finishing on 3 December 2021 at 12pm, 4A Fergusson Street, Feilding. Buyers Premium = 12.5% plus GST on Buyers Premium. Payment can be made by EFTPOS/Bank Deposit/Cash/Credit card (surcharge of 3% is applicable). Collection must be contactless so online payment is required prior to collection. Once payment has been confirmed, buyers will be contacted to arrange a collection day and time. If you are unable to collect when initially arranged, please contact our admin team on email@example.com. If you are purchasing outside of Feilding, courier or freight charges will be added if you want items sent to you. Buyer to supply correct labour, vehicle and packing items upon collection.
Conditions of Sale
* Bidders are required to supply their full name, contact email address, contact phone number, residential address at the time of registering to bid. Photo ID is required at registration or collection of items purchased at auction or when called upon to do so by the Auctioneer.
*That any items purchased are done so on an as is basis at the time of auction with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied unless otherwise stated in the product description
*That the buyer is buying the item(s) having done their own research and acknowledges Thornton Auctions has presented the items to the best of their knowledge. No matters will be entered into once lots are removed from the sale site.
*A Buyers Premium of 10% + GST is applicable per item on the hammer price
* There is a 3% surcharge applicable to all credit card payments.
*That Thornton Auctions has done the best to provide information about the item(s) and will not be held liable for any possible misrepresentation relating to description or quantity after the conclusion of the sales process
*Upon bidding on any item(s) you enter a sales negotiation and are required to pay the agreed sum and associated taxes or fees at the conclusion of the sale. Any part payment thereof, including auction fees and GST shall be paid in either cash, EFTPOS, credit card or bank transfer
*Any item(s) bid on will be paid for in full before removing part or all of the items from site

* It is the buyer’s responsibility to do their own due diligence Thornton Auctions is not liable in any way, for any electronic devices that may be locked, blocked or blacklisted or in any other way not in full operation
*Any buyers unable to collect within the specified collection times are required to notify Thornton Auctions in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
*Thornton Auctions will charge the bidders credit card for the Buyers Premium + GST for any items not collected within 48 hours including a processing fee of $30.00 +GST and the items will be resold at the next available auction on behalf of the original vendor
*Any fees and charges for debt or credit collection agencies will be at the cost of the buyer and added to the monies owed
*The Purchaser shall be deemed to purchase as principal user and the auctioneer or Vendor will in no way be held accountable for any warranties or guarantees
*The Auctioneer and Vendor reserve the right to amend or remove lots during the auction process for any reasons including but not limited to – safety, misrepresentation or where general confusion may occur
*The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse to accept a bid or bids from any person or persons which in the opinion of the Auctioneer is attempting to defraud or derail the auction process
*The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse admission to/or eject from the selling place onsite or online any person or persons
*The Vendor or any person/agent on his behalf reserves the right to bid at the auction in respect to any lot. The Vendor acknowledges that for any successful bids he/she shall still be liable for the payment of any relevant commissions.
*The Buyer & only the buyer knows the final use of any items bought at auction. The buyer is aware that all plant or equipment offered for sale at auction may not be fit for use in a work place. It is the buyers or users responsibility to ensure that it is brought to a standard necessary to comply with the “Health & Safety Act 1992” and any regulations to be safe and fit for use in the work place.
